Good Morning,
As we wrap up Week 2, Reclaiming Light, I hope you’ve felt the gentle illumination of God’s presence—reminding you that even in the darkest corners, light is never lost. We’ve named our shadows, welcomed grace into them, and remembered that healing begins when we allow light to touch what we’ve hidden.
Now, we turn toward Reclaiming Wholeness.
This week, we’ll explore what it means to be fully integrated—body, mind, and spirit. Wholeness isn’t perfection. It’s presence. It’s the sacred work of gathering all the scattered parts of ourselves and inviting God to dwell in every one of them.
We’ll begin with the truth that The Body Remembers—that healing must include the physical spaces where pain has lived, and where restoration is waiting to unfold.
“You clothed me with skin and flesh, and knit me together with bones and sinews.” — Job 10:11–12
Let’s step into this new week with tenderness, curiosity, and the courage to reclaim every part of who we are.
