Integration, Healing & Divine Identity

✨ Devotional Commentary
Wholeness isn’t about perfection—it’s about integration. It’s the sacred process of gathering every part of ourselves, even the ones we’ve tried to hide, and letting them belong. Ephesians 3:19 reminds us that we are invited to be filled with the fullness of God—not just in our strengths, but in our wounds, our questions, our becoming. Wholeness is not a destination. It’s a divine identity we reclaim, one breath at a time.
💭 Personal Reflection
I looked in the mirror today and didn’t flinch. That’s new.
I didn’t see someone who had it all together. I saw someone who’s been through things. Someone who’s still healing. Someone who’s learning to love herself in real time. And for the first time in a long time, I didn’t feel like a project—I felt like a person.
This week reminded me that I don’t have to chase wholeness. I already carry it. In my laughter. In my tears. In my body. In my spirit. God isn’t waiting for me to become someone else. He’s already dwelling in who I am.
I’m not perfect. But I am whole. And that truth is changing everything.

God of fullness and freedom,
Thank You for reminding me that I am not broken—I am beloved.
Help me to live from the truth of my wholeness,
To honor every part of my story, and to walk in the light of Your love.
