Hi friend,
Today’s devotional is about those moments when worry makes us forget what God has already promised: “I am with you.”
I share a quiet morning when I found myself trying to carry things I could not control and losing patience with myself because I could not fix everything.
Isaiah 41:10 reminded me that God does not ask us to face heavy moments alone.
I pray this reflection helps you breathe, release what was never yours to carry, and remember that God is still near.
With grace,
Tracey

Today’s devotional is a gentle reminder that Christ meets us in the very moments fear tries to take over.
Psalm 27 invites us to breathe again, to remember who holds us, and to trust that our lives are unfolding with purpose.
If you need comfort, grounding, or a moment of spiritual clarity, this reflection is for you.

Dear friends,
Fear isn’t always a sign of weakness — sometimes it’s a gentle message from your body reminding you that you’ve reached your limit.
In today’s reflection, we explore how honoring your limits can rejuvenate your spirit, deepen your trust in God, and give you full permission to rest without guilt.
Your limitations are not failures; they are guides leading you back to quietness, compassion, and Christ.

Hi dear ones,
I’m am startomg a devotional moment that is helping me breathe through anxiety and reframe a small mistake with grace.
If your thoughts have felt heavy lately, I hope this brings comfort.
I’ve been walking through *Calm Moments for Anxious Days* by Max Lucado—paired with his book *Tame Your Thoughts*. Together, they’ve become part of my healing rhythm: quiet mornings, tea rituals, and journal pages filled with grace.
In Day 1 of *Calm Moments*, Max reminds us that fear doesn’t get the final say. Just ten minutes of truth can shift everything. I paired this with three gentle tools from *Tame Your Thoughts*—each one helping me respond to a small mistake with kindness instead of shame.
Here’s a peek into my journal:
– 🛡️ **Practice Picky Thinking:**
“You always mess things up.”
Is this true? No.
Is this kind? Definitely not.
Is this from God? Not even close.
I replaced it with: “I’m learning. I’m loved. I’m growing.” That shift felt like a hug.
– 👽 **Identify UFOs:**
Untruth → “I always fail.”
False Narrative → “I’m incapable.”
Overreaction → “I should give up.”
I named it and released it. That shift felt like a breath of grace.
– 🌱 **Uproot and Replant:**
Old belief → “I’m not good enough.”
New truth → “I am growing. I am held. I am enough in Christ.” That shift felt like permission to begin again.

When the path is foggy, faith becomes your compass.
Dear friend,
Today’s devotional reminds us that faith is a kind of sight—one that sees beyond fear and uncertainty.
In Day 2, “Seeing Through Faith,” we reflect on 2 Corinthians 5:7 and the courage to walk forward even when the way isn’t clear.
I share a personal story from a foggy season and offer a calming Sacred Sip with lavender and lemon balm to anchor your trust.
Let this be your breath prayer: “I trust You here.”
