    An Awareness of God
A gentle moment while folding towels—and a truth that set me free

    Hi friends,

Yesterday morning, I was in my bedroom, folding towels. My mind was racing. I hadn’t journaled yet. I hadn’t lit a candle. I hadn’t “prayed.” I felt behind. Disconnected. Unspiritual.

But then I paused—and I whispered, “Thank You for this moment, Lord. You’re here.”

Max Lucado reminded me that early Christians were urged to “pray without ceasing” (1 Thessalonians 5:17)… “pray at all times in the Spirit” (Ephesians 6:18).

Instead of old pressure, I felt quiet freedom. I reframed prayer as awareness:
    Whispers while folding towels.
    Thank yous while washing dishes.
    Peace while standing in line.

    Scripture of Hope:
“We do not know how to pray as we should. But the Spirit himself speaks to God for us, even begs God for us with deep feelings that words cannot explain.”
    Romans 8:26 NCV

    Gentle Invitation:
If prayer feels like pressure, could you pause for a moment?
Let the old checklist fall away, and let yourself exhale.
God is near. Always. He delights in your voice—even in little sighs.

  • 🌟Discernment Leads to Destiny🌟

Day 7 invites us to trust that discernment is not just about saying no it’s about saying yes to what aligns with our calling.

Destiny doesn’t arrive all at once; it unfolds through quiet choices, sacred pauses, and the light that flickers in our spirit when something feels true.

This reflection explores how God’s light gently illuminates the next step not the whole path, but enough to walk forward in faith.

Through prayer, presence, and spiritual listening, we learn to recognize the difference between distraction and direction. Discernment becomes the lamp we carry, even when the road ahead is dim.

Let today be a moment of clarity.

Let your next step reflect the light you’ve been given.
