🌿 Walking the Heart Path: A Daily Devotional on Healing and Growth Through Christ

📖 Scripture Focus “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” — Psalm 34:18 (NIV) Today, this verse feels especially tender. I just returned from the funeral of an old neighbor and friend—a soul who had quietly shaped a community. Their passing stirred something deep in me: a…

    Hope Arrives Quietly

    Hi friend,

Today’s devotional comes from an early morning when I woke up feeling heavy and worn down. I curled up on the living room couch with a cup of coffee I never finished, listening to the house settle around me. In that quiet, a verse surfaced — his mercies… new every morning.

I didn’t feel new, but the words stayed with me. As the sky slowly brightened, something in me softened too. Not dramatically, but enough to breathe a little easier.

If you’re in a season where hope feels slow, I hope this reflection reminds you that God’s mercies still find us, even in small ways.

    With love,

  • Week 3 Day 1: The Body Remembers

    Good Morning,

As we wrap up Week 2, Reclaiming Light, I hope you’ve felt the gentle illumination of God’s presence—reminding you that even in the darkest corners, light is never lost. We’ve named our shadows, welcomed grace into them, and remembered that healing begins when we allow light to touch what we’ve hidden.
Now, we turn toward Reclaiming Wholeness.

This week, we’ll explore what it means to be fully integrated—body, mind, and spirit. Wholeness isn’t perfection. It’s presence. It’s the sacred work of gathering all the scattered parts of ourselves and inviting God to dwell in every one of them.

We’ll begin with the truth that The Body Remembers—that healing must include the physical spaces where pain has lived, and where restoration is waiting to unfold.
“You clothed me with skin and flesh, and knit me together with bones and sinews.” — Job 10:11–12

Let’s step into this new week with tenderness, curiosity, and the courage to reclaim every part of who we are.
