💪 “Pressed, But Not Crushed”: A Devotional on Self & Perseverance

“God doesn’t just call you to endure—He equips you to rise.” 📖 Scripture Reflections 2 Corinthians 4:8–9 “We are hard pressed on every side, but not crushed; perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not abandoned; struck down, but not destroyed.” Galatians 6:9 “Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper…

Reclaiming the Light: A Week That Changed Me

    Hi friend,

This past week was heavy. I had moments where everything felt like too much—emotionally shut down, mentally scattered, and spiritually quiet. But through the fog, I kept showing up. Lit a candle. Whispered “God, help.” Let myself be held, even when I couldn’t feel it.

I leaned into small routines, challenged my inner critic, and reminded myself: “You’re allowed to be here. You’re allowed to heal.” That simple truth carried me.

If you’ve ever felt like you’re barely holding it together, I wrote something for you. It’s raw, honest, and full of grace. I hope it meets you where you are.

  • He Rescues

    Header:
    Day 7 – He Resues
When the waves rise and your strength fades, God reaches down

    Dear Reader,
    Today’s breath is simple:
You don’t have to be calm for God to come close.
You don’t have to be eloquent to be rescued.

Sometimes rescue looks like a shift in perspective.
Sometimes it’s a moment of peace in the middle of spiraling thoughts.

Sometimes it’s just enough strength to fold the next towel, sip the tea, or whisper, “Help.”
I’ve learned that God doesn’t wait for me to be ready.

    He rescues in the fog.
    He rescues in the overwhelm.
He rescues when I don’t even know what I need.

    Scripture to Hold:
“Even in the fog of your overwhelm… He rescues.”
    —Inspired by Psalm 34:18

    Affirmation Tag:
“I am not too much. I am not too late. I am already held.”

    Gentle Invitation:
If today feels heavy, let this be your prayer:
“God, I don’t know how to fix this. But I trust You to find me here.”
    You are not forgotten.
    You are not alone.
    You are already being rescued.

    With tenderness,
    Tracey

  • 🌿 Wisdom Over Impulse

Day 2 invites us to pause before we leap. Wisdom doesn’t rush—it waits, listens, and leads with peace. In this reflection, we explore the sacred strength of patience and the quiet clarity that comes when we resist the pull of impulse.

Through scripture, stillness, and a calming Sacred Sip, we learn to let wisdom guide our steps, even when urgency tempts us to move faster than grace allows.
