You don’t have to be strong enough Christ already is.

🌿 My Gentle Reflection

“I work and struggle, using Christ’s great strength that works so powerfully in me.”
—Colossians 1:29 NCV

Worried all the time? Christ can help.

Feeling overwhelmed by your duties? Christ can help.

Don’t think you can make it through the day? Christ can help.

God was with Adam and Eve. He called Abraham his friend.

He was there for Moses and the Israelites. He sat with Peter and John.

But guess what? He lives in you now.

You don’t just have God around; you can tap into His strength, His patience, and His calm.

Think about having a million dollars suddenly show up in your bank account.

You might look the same, but life is different.

That’s what it’s like having Christ living in you.

Don’t try to do it all on your own. Start with His help.

Before you start planning, pray.

Before you worry about money or people, think about all the times Jesus pulled you through tough situations.

Before you freak out, have faith.

You’re not by yourself. You’re not running on empty.

You have the power.

Christ can help.

And He lives in you.

✨ My Scripture of Hope

“My grace is all you need. My power works best in weakness.”
—2 Corinthians 12:9 NLT

🕊️ My Anxious Thoughts to Release

  • I should be stronger than this
  • I’m failing at everything
  • I don’t know how to keep going

🌸 God’s Promise to Me

  • God lives in me
  • His power is in me
  • I never face anything alone
  • Christ will work through me and enable me to do what needs to be done

🙏 My Prayer

Christ,
I feel weak.
I feel overwhelmed.
I feel like I’m falling short.
But You are strong.
You are steady.
You are enough.
So I lean into Your power.
I trust Your presence.
I receive Your grace.
Amen

🧠 Gentle Tools for When You Feel Like Giving Up

1. 🛡️ Practice Picky Thinking

The thought: “I’m failing.”
Pause.

  • Is this true? No—Christ is working through me.
  • Is this kind? No—it shames me.
  • Is this from God? No—He strengthens me.

Replace it with: “Christ’s power works best in my weakness.”

2. 👽 Identify UFOs (Unhelpful, False, Overgeneralized thoughts)

  • Unhelpful: “I should be able to do this alone.”
  • False: “God must be disappointed in me.”
  • Overgeneralized: “I always fall apart.”

I named it a UFO and gently released it.
I reminded myself: “God is with me. Christ can.”

3. 🌱 Uproot and Replant

Old belief: “If I can’t do it all, I’m not enough.”
Uproot it gently.

  • Is this true? No—Scripture says Christ’s power works best in weakness.
  • Is this kind? No—it pressures and isolates me.
  • Is this from God? No—God lives in me and strengthens me.

I replanted truth: “Christ in me is more than enough.”

📚 Gentle Insight

From You’ll Get Through This by Max Lucado:

“You’ll get through this. It won’t be painless. It won’t be quick. But God will use this mess for good.”

You don’t have to be the strong one.
You don’t have to be the answer.
You don’t have to be the source.

You just have to be open.
Christ can.
And He lives in you.
