    🌿 When I Forget I’m Not Alone

    Hi friend,

Today’s devotional is about those moments when worry makes us forget what God has already promised: “I am with you.”

I share a quiet morning when I found myself trying to carry things I could not control and losing patience with myself because I could not fix everything.

Isaiah 41:10 reminded me that God does not ask us to face heavy moments alone.

I pray this reflection helps you breathe, release what was never yours to carry, and remember that God is still near.

    With grace,

  • 💜🛡️Guarding Your Gates💜🛡️

Day 5 invites us to reflect on the sacred responsibility of guarding our gates—the places where influence enters: our eyes, ears, heart, and mind.

In a world of noise and urgency, spiritual discernment becomes a shield of peace.

This devotional explores how gentle boundaries, intentional listening, and prayerful awareness help us protect what’s holy within.

Guarding our gates isn’t about fear—it’s about honoring what nourishes our healing and aligns with God’s voice.

  • Week 4 Day 2: The Permission

Have you ever felt like your voice was too much—or not enough?
Today’s devotional, The Permission, dives into Luke 1:64 and Zechariah’s moment of restoration. After months of silence, his first words weren’t complaints—they were praise.

That’s the kind of freedom God offers us: not just to speak, but to speak with power, truth, and healing.

If you’ve been waiting for permission to speak up, this is your reminder—God already gave it.

  • The Lord Is with Me

    Hi dear ones,

Today’s reflection is for anyone who’s felt stretched thin, emotionally tired, or quietly overwhelmed. If your thoughts have felt heavy, I hope this brings comfort.

I’ve been walking through Calm Moments for Anxious Days by Max Lucado—paired with his book Tame Your Thoughts. Together, they’ve become part of my healing rhythm: quiet mornings, tea rituals, and journal pages filled with grace.

In Day 2, Max reminds us that God is near, even when anxiety says otherwise. Chapter 9 of Tame Your Thoughts—“When You Feel Overwhelmed”—echoes this truth:

“God doesn’t wait for us to be calm before He comes close. He draws near in the middle of the mess.”

That reminder softened something in me. I don’t have to hold it all together. I don’t have to be strong. I just have to call out—and God answers with presence, not pressure.

Here’s a peek into my journal:
    – 🛡️ “You’re on your own.” → I paused.
    Is this true? No.
I replaced it with: “I’m supported. I’m not alone. Help is near.”
    – 👽 UFO: “I have to carry everything myself.” → I named it and released it.
I reminded myself: “God is near. I can ask for help.”
    – 🌱 Old belief: “I’m too much to support.” → I uprooted it.
I replanted: “I am worthy of care. God draws near to me.”
Each shift felt like a breath of grace.

Discover how a beam of sunlight and a quiet prayer can awaken your spiritual sight.

    Dear friend,

Today begins our 7-day journey into spiritual sight. In Day 1’s devotional, “Open My Eyes,” we explore Psalm 119:18 and the gentle invitation to notice God in the ordinary.

I share a moment from my own kitchen—a rainbow on the counter, a whisper of presence—and offer a Sacred Sip ritual to help you pause and receive.

Let this be your breath prayer: “I see You here.”

Come sip, reflect, and begin to see with love.
