**This week didn’t fix me—it freed me.**

Through grief, rest, shame, and silence, I didn’t just chase healingI let it find me. I peeled back layers I didn’t know I was still wearing and heard God whisper, *“You are already whole.”*

If you’ve been feeling fractured or unfinished, this reflection might be the gentle reminder your heart needs today.

Have you ever laughed so freely it surprised you?

That deep, bubbling kind of joy that feels like sunlight breaking through after a long storm?

This week’s devotional on Healing Journey with Christ explores the sacredness of joy—not as a reward for healing, but as part of the healing itself.
Inspired by Psalm 126:2, we’re reminded that laughter and celebration are holy responses to restoration.

If you’ve been waiting for permission to feel good again, this reflection might be just what your heart needs.

Sometimes, we expect God to move in dramatic ways—through signs, wonders, or loud declarations. But in 1 Kings 19:12, we’re reminded that after the wind, the earthquake, and the fire, came a still small voice. And that’s where Elijah met God.
This week on Healing Journey with Christ, I shared a reflection on how God often speaks in the quiet. When life feels chaotic or uncertain, it’s easy to overlook the gentle whisper of His presence. But it’s in those hushed moments that healing begins.
If your heart’s been longing for peace, I invite you to read the full post: When God Speaks Softly
With grace,
Tracey

Week 3 Day 4: The Shame Spiral

Have you ever felt stuck in a spiral of self-condemnation? I have. And today’s reflection reminded me that even in the darkest moments, grace interrupts.

“Though I fall, I will rise; though I sit in darkness, the Lord will be a light to me.”
— Micah 7:8

This verse isn’t just comforting—it’s defiant. It reminds us that shame doesn’t get the final word. God does.

I shared a personal moment where I let grace speak louder than my inner critic. If you’ve ever needed a lifeline in the middle of a spiral, this might be for you.

Feel free to share it with someone who needs a reminder that rising is possible.

With love,
Tracey

I wanted to share something that’s been on my heart this week.

“To be whole is the goal, the work is to open the broken places to the healing touch of God.”
— Isaiah 57:18

Wholeness isn’t about having it all together—it’s about letting God into the places we’ve tried to hide. It’s about healing, surrender, and grace.

If this speaks to you, or you know someone who’s walking through a season of restoration,

I invite you to read the full reflection here:

Let’s keep sharing stories of healing and hope. You never know who might need it today.

With love and light,
Tracey

Yesterday, we began reclaiming wholeness by honoring the body. Today, we turn inward—to the parts of ourselves we’ve kept hidden.

“Instead of shame you shall have a double portion…” — Isaiah 61:7

Wholeness begins with truth. And truth requires safety. Many of us have learned to wear masks—emotional, spiritual, even relational—to protect ourselves from rejection or judgment. But God doesn’t ask us to perform. He invites us to be real.

This morning, I sat with God and whispered, “I don’t know who I am without these masks.” And He answered, “You’re mine.” No performance. No checklist. Just belonging.

Authenticity isn’t weakness—it’s sacred. And when we show up as our full selves, we make space for God to do the same.

Good Morning,

As we wrap up Week 2, Reclaiming Light, I hope you’ve felt the gentle illumination of God’s presence—reminding you that even in the darkest corners, light is never lost. We’ve named our shadows, welcomed grace into them, and remembered that healing begins when we allow light to touch what we’ve hidden.
Now, we turn toward Reclaiming Wholeness.

This week, we’ll explore what it means to be fully integrated—body, mind, and spirit. Wholeness isn’t perfection. It’s presence. It’s the sacred work of gathering all the scattered parts of ourselves and inviting God to dwell in every one of them.

We’ll begin with the truth that The Body Remembers—that healing must include the physical spaces where pain has lived, and where restoration is waiting to unfold.
“You clothed me with skin and flesh, and knit me together with bones and sinews.” — Job 10:11–12

Let’s step into this new week with tenderness, curiosity, and the courage to reclaim every part of who we are.

With light and wholeness,
Tracey
