š¾ A Gentle Pause While I Write Something Wild and Wonderful
Because even sacred socks need time to be stitched
Dear friends,
Iām pressing pause. Not because Iām vanishingābut because Iām deepening.
Right now, Iām immersed in writing my childrenās book series inspired by Raven the kittenāour moon-eyed mischief maker who taught us how sacred socks can be, how loud leaves feel, and how every blanket fort is a sanctuary. These stories are full of big feelings, sensory quirks, and spiritual giggles. And they need my full heart.
So while Iām crafting character sheets, affirmation cues, and illustrated spreads that honor neurodivergent children and tender-hearted families, Iāll be stepping back from regular blog posts, newsletters, and social media updates.
This pause isnāt a retreat. Itās a cocoon.
Itās where the moth unfolds.
Itās where the Spirit whispers:
āBe still, and know that I am God.ā ā Psalm 46:10
Stillness isnāt stagnation. Itās sacred.
Itās where clarity comes like a hush.
Itās where healing doesnāt need to be chasedāit can be inhaled.
And as I write, Iām reminded:
āWrite down the revelation and make it plain on tablets so that a herald may run with it.ā ā Habakkuk 2:2
These stories are revelations. Tiny ones. Tender ones.
Theyāre meant to runānot just through pages, but through hearts.
Thank you for holding space for my becoming.
Thank you for trusting the pause.
Thank you for believing in the sacred silliness of socks and kittens and spiritual sanctuary.
Iāll be back soonāwith stories that sparkle, soothe, and maybe meow a little.
With love and laughter,
